Summer, Delivered
In the summer of 2018, we launched “Summer, Delivered”, a brand awareness campaign which was comprised of a direct mail zine, a series of OOH murals, and our social channels and CRM.
“a—dash—of” Zine
To kick off the campaign, we created DoorDash’s first zine: “a—dash—of”. The 24-page, full color issue was a celebration of all things summer, and highlighted iconic spots and eats, Dasher stories, some recipes, and mini articles. The back of the zine also doubled as a direct mailer, and we distributed 25,000 copies to DoorDash customers.

“Feed Change” Murals
To highlight the Project DASH program—DoorDash’s initiative focused on tackling hunger and food waste in local communities—we created a series of murals in Brooklyn, Austin, and Boston. Each mural was designed using the color palette and illustration style of the overall campaign, and featured a vast array of food. Through a partnership with Feeding America, we encouraged “selfless selfies”, where each tagged photo would donate a meal to someone in need. We engaged 60 influencers, which resulted in 170 social posts and 7.5 million impressions.
